All personal information for the Homeschool Attendance app is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to that information.
The application may ask permission to access your photos. These photos are only used as icons to represent your students and are stored locally on your device.
Our application does not collect any personal information. As such, it is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
In the event that you submit a request for technical support, we will of course, have access to the information you send us. This information may include your name, email address and the information you provided such as the text you write or the screenshots you include. Three Stone Software, LLC only uses this information to process your technical support issue or to improve our application. The information is not shared or sold by us however, Three Stone Software, LLC uses Jira Service Desk for technical support.
When you email us a technical support issue or use our online web portal to submit a request your information is stored within the Jira Service Desk system. The Jira Service Desk privacy policy is located here: Notice and Disclaimer for Jira Service Desk Guest users. By submitting a support request you are bound by their policy, so don’t submit any information you do not want to be stored the Jira Service Desk.
